Accommodation in Canberra
Discounted accommodation rates for WSC2021 attendees have been negotiated with University House at the ANU, Breakfree Capital Tower Apartments and Peppers Gallery Hotel. These accommodation options can be booked when you register to attend the conference. Please note that these rates will not be available if you contact the properties directly. Rates are in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and inclusive of GST. Rates are “room only” unless specified.
All accommodation bookings must be accompanied by credit card details in order to secure your reservation and provide a guarantee for late cancellations. Your credit card details will be forwarded to the hotel for these purposes.
Full payment for your accommodation (as well as any room incidentals) is to be made directly to the hotel at the time of your stay. Payment is usually finalised with the hotel upon checkout. However, the selected hotel may take payment on your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival (check the individual hotel terms and conditions). If you would like an invoice to prepay your accommodation, please contact the Conference Secretariat via email to sanskrit@kaigi.com.au
Information on some additional accommodation options has been included (see below). These options are not booked through your registration page or with the secretariat. They are additional options for you to consider if you don’t wish to book the conference accommodation.
